Lemke Brewery – Berlin’s beer pioneers

Here you can drink fresh beer on tap or from the bottle, hand-brewed by our team of master brewers led by Oli Lemke here in the S-Bahnbögen. All beers are handcrafted: from the recipe to the bottling. The choice is yours – 22 different Lemke beers are waiting for you to enjoy them. Various hop-aromatic IPAs, classic styles such as pilsner and wheat, the true Berliner Weisse (a sour) or really strong stuff such as stouts and wood barrel-aged noble beers. Incredible variety in one place.

BBQ & Grill – Berlin-style Soulfood

We serve butter-tender ribs from the smoker, real steaks, handmade burgers and really exciting greens. Chef André and his team deliver the purest soul food to accompany our beers. André cooks the meat for hours or days at a low temperature or grills it for just a few minutes over an open fire. His BBQ and grill dishes are prepared to perfection, succulently tender and exceptionally seasoned. He makes all the sauces, glazes and dips in-house according to his own recipe.

Beer plays the leading role for us. Logical! Experience the wide variety of beers from Lemke Berlin. We have created a real beer temple for you: modern, open, spacious; with illustrations all about brewing and the beer cosmos. “Handmade” is not only our beer, but also the motto for our food. Perfect steaks from the grill, tender ribs and brisket from the smoker, damn tasty sandwiches and burgers – there’s no better combo.

A total of 22 beers on tap or in bottles: enjoy the full range of Lemke Berlin at the BIERMEISTEREI. Four beer worlds are waiting to be explored by you: the Classics, the International range, the Barrel-Aged Series and the authentic Berliner Weisse. This sour beer is a genuine Berlin speciality – and naturally sour! As far back as the 16th century, Berliners enjoyed drinking ‘their Weiße’. Lemke Berlin brews it using traditional methods and following historical recipes right here at the BIERMEISTEREI. Why not start your journey of discovery through the world of Lemke beer with our tasting board featuring six different beers and accompanying explanations?

BBQ & GRILL SOULFOOD

Rubs, sauces, glazes and dips are at the heart of our grill and BBQ cuisine. At BIERMEISTEREI, we make everything from scratch using our own recipes. We use authentic chipotle from Mexico. This chilli is smoke-dried, giving it a uniquely spicy, smoky flavour that pairs perfectly with ribs, steaks, burgers and sandwiches from the grill or smoker.
It doesn’t always have to be meat: we also have vegetarian and vegan main courses on the menu. Fancy a little something to go with your beer? Of course. Order our Beer Companions and Side Dishes as a mix. Placed in the middle of the table, everyone can try a bit of everything.
